Step 1. Free download, install and run the VP6 to AVI Converter Pro on you computer.
Step 2. Click "Browse" button and then select one way to add the VP6 SWF files you want to convert.
Step 3. Click the "2 Export" button on the top to adjust the output parameters. In the pop up window, choose the "Video with alpha" as output option. In this option, the AVI will be the only output format. The encoding for AVI include MFZO Codec(recommended) and RGBA32 Codec. Step 4. Click the "Locate" button below the "Settings" button to define the output folder. More settings are available here, you can let that as default if you are not familiar with them.

Step 6. Click "Play and Capture" button to capture the SWF files to the temporary folder, and then you can click the "Finish" button to convert the captured(played) part to the AVI files as you like.
